Refund policy

We hope you love your Sensesbyró purchase or gift however we do understand that sometimes items need to be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Senses by Ró, 31 Boyd Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.You should organise the return of the item and once your return has been processed and approved, a replacement or refund of the cost including standard postage will be issued to the account used to make the purchase.

Please note that the cost of shipping by standard post only, will be returned to you. Please ensure to retain proof of postage,we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
